Outdoor sports modes: walking, running, cycling, mountain climbing, badminton, basketball, football, tennis. Indoor sports modes: fitness, spinning, treadmill, yoga, dancing. "Walk Mode", "Run Mode" and "Bike Mode" are displayed on the tracker screen by default. You can customize 3 different sports modes from among 14 sports modes in the App to display on the tracker's screen ("Device" page → "More" → "Activity display").

Are you saying you have an “OS/Google Fit” and want to know if this watch will work with it? I do know that I works for ANY PHONE(s). What I always do is charge it up fully first; for THIS watch setup, it’s very EASY & SIMPLE steps. You connect it via Bluetooth and download app for the watch to your phone. IT AMAZING I LOVE IT & WEAR IT WAYY MORE THAN IVE EVER WORE MY APPLE WATCH
