Great value and tastes good.
Really good value for money and surprisingly good for the cost. I usually buy the 1000 day aged stuff at £20 for 300ml (worth every penny imo) so I’m rather shocked at how nice this is for the money.I’ve seen a few comments about how difficult it is to pour so here’s my tip.. the ring pull you pull out to open it.. if you turn it upside down and push back in the pour is really easy to manage. I’ve taken a picture to try and show what I mean. Hope it helps. I do this with all my cooking oils too and get no drips or pour too much.

Good price for the amount
Not used this brand before but it does say to use with in 8 weeks of opening I'm sure if you store it right it will last a lot longer then that

More versatile.
Super quality product that can be used to enhance flavours in many different recipes for a wide variety of foods. I will never be without this in my kitchen. More versatile and less harmful than salt in cooking.

Much better than Blue Dragon!!
The soy sauce on the left in this picture is Blue Dragon “dark” soy sauce. Horrible and watery and virtually tasteless. The soy sauce on the top right of this picture is the Lee Kum Lee - it’s excellent! This is the second time we have bought this 1.9l bottle. Lasts us about six months.

Punchy, in a good way
I use this not only as you would typically use soy sauce but also to add a hint of umami to dishes. It's very dark and, as such, will affect the appearance of a dish but the flavour is well with it.
