Good if you don't want to read the original big book. This works and the weight near falls off. Can't wait for the official recipe book - Thank you Dr Gundry.

Hadn't realised I was buying (as it suggests) a summary, should've known... it is a thin booklet and you need to buy the large volume for the diets and eating regimes and more detail. It is only an introduction which has it's uses.

I was very surprised, and feel I was mislead by the cover, to find that this book was not written by Dr S Gundry, and that it was a review written by an unconnected team.
