Amazing product! I used to use the two plastic cups to make an ice massager for my knees & shoulders, this worked well however was a nightmare of a mess. This is easy to use stays cold for as long as you need 6 hours is plenty. I had surgery on both knees & shoulders they still get sore and inflamed I use the Cryo Ball to ice them down. It fits in the hand easily. Great for tension headache and neck pain. I use almost daily, especially before bed get those joints good and cold so you can reduce pain and sleep. Good to roll on bug bites too gets the itch out. If you have joint or neck, back pain don’t be without this product. Love it.

Life saver!! Had breast lift surgery and due to my “t-rex” arms my neck, back, and shoulders were seizing and the pain was unbearable. My husband wrapped this up in a heating pad to warm it up and then used it on my body. It brought instant relief and my husband said it was easy for him to use vs a massage with his hands and thumbs as they get sore. So he was able to actually massage me for a length of time with out feeling discomfort in his hands.

This is a very nice ice roller, It dissipates coldness in a smooth manner. dose not feel like frost on the skin. I wish they would have given a top lid/cover to keep it cold .

I was skeptical on if this device would help with my pain, but the reviews were good so I decided to try it. It works great! As you can imagine, it’s really cold at first but the results are almost immediate and last. I can tell the cold really penetrates and continues to work even after being removed. It stays cold for a lot longer than I expected and allows you to continue using it before having to refreeze it. Works so much better than the ice packs I have been using to relieve muscle and nerve pain. I really like that it is small but mighty!

Feels great when frozen and then all moves freely. It is created well, and have no issues with the structure itself. It’s not too expensive just wish it would have a wider base! If it would just stay in place when utilizing, it would feeling amazing. Even with me trying to keep it in one place with my foot the whole system rolls around and is not stable. Im not able to rub my whole foot. So disappointed!

The Cryo Ball quickly relieved pain in my neck and wrist. After placing it in the freezer for a couple hours, the Cryo Ball provided immediate relief to the pain I was experiencing in my neck. I had spent all day painting a ceiling and looking up at an awkward angle. My wrist was also sore from holding the paint roller. After I applied the cold roller therapy to my neck and wrist the pain was hardly noticeable. The Cryo Ball is easy to use and fits nicely in my hand. The roller action is exceptionally smooth and soothing. I haven’t tried it as a warm compress, but the cold therapy has been a lifesaver and allowed me to continue with my basement DIY renovation.
