August 22nd Update:The battery still works but it is developed a slight bulge. Although this battery didn't last quite as long as I hoped it would without bulging lile the origonal battery, I had no previous expectation. Buying a third-party battery will always come with this risk, and you are likely to have the same problem with ANY third party battery. Please expect to have to swap your battery every few months to maybe a year at most, unless you can get your hands on an OEM (original) battery.JULY 30th update:The battery is still running great. I use my phone very regularly and I have had no problems at all with the battery. I will update again in a few weeksThis is a decent product for the price. Just do yourself a favor and don't spend too much time looking at the included paper instructions (except for the safety part) when there are far better videos out there on the web. My only potential concern would be the future longevity of the battery as it is not OEM, although I will say that after 5 days of heavy use so far it is running like a champ. The tools that come with this kit are very decent but you will also need a hair dryer that gets hot enough to burn skin or a heat gun. Either will work, the hair dryer will just take longer. This was my first time opening the phone and the entire process took me about 30 minutes, so not too bad. Just remember not to use the phone while you are waiting for the case adhesive to dry. Wrap it with a few rubber bands (but not too tightly) and leave it off overnight and you will be good.

My original Samsung Galaxy S9 battery was so weak I had to use it plugged into an external battery. This new replacement battery life is up to 2-3 days between charges when on standby. Installation is easy with the included tools and a common blow dryer to heat the adhesive. This is a quality battery showing no deterioration after two months of charge cycles. It is a good value for its price.

I picked this battery as this seemed to be a genuine battery. That was not the case.The battery had a catastrophic failure after 2 months. The phone started going from 60% to 4% in 1 second. Then the battery stopped taking charge a few days later. All that while I was on a trip. It became a major inconvenience since my phone became unusable while I was abroad and very dependent on my phone.

Came with everything I needed to replace the battery in my phone. The original battery had begun to bulge, which was actually a bit of a cheat code for me, since it had partially pushed off the back cover, so I didn't have to start from flush, so I cannot exactly guarantee that it'll work from flush, but it should.The battery fit is exactly the same as OEM and the battery functions as the original did. The life appeared to be identical to the OEM battery when it was new, but I replaced the battery ahead of trading my phone in to Samsung when I upgraded to the new version. The value is unbeatable - Samsung had no issues accepting my trade-in with this battery in it.

Screwdriver needs to be better it stripped on the first screw. Other than that easy enough directions, everything fits works well.

This battery was only barely better than the three year old battery it was replacing that came in the phone. That battery didn't have a ton of life anymore, which was the whole reason I wanted this replacement battery. Definitely feel like I wasted my money, and the return window is much shorter than expected (30 days), which I just missed by three days. Add on top of that the time I didn't installing and the uninstalling this battery to put the stock ones back in, and I'm in the hole even more.It got two stars because the battery actually worked in my phone, even if it doesn't last nearly as long as it should.
