Had a problem with our aging electric clothes dryer where it would tumble but would not heat up. I'm not an appliance repair guy, but I do know how to use a tester. After finding power everywhere I should have, I started testing for continuity... found this relay to not have continuity, so I took a chance on $6 and ordered one... The part arrived overnight, and It took only about 2 minutes to install (bearing in mind that the dryer was still disassembled from testing) and test. Viola!! This is the cheapest part in my dryer, and from what I read during my research, the most likely part to fail. Remember to remove the wires prior to testing the old part!! IF it doesn't OHM at 0, it's bad!!
