Before this, I was using an Orico casing, which, while good, was quite expensive. Initially, I was sceptical about PiBox due to its affordable price, but it turned out to be a great decision. The read and write speeds are impressive, with no issues of stalling or bad sectors. The casing performs smoothly and reliably, even with continuous use. While the build quality isn’t ultra-premium, it is still quite solid and definitely more than acceptable for the price. What impressed me the most is learning that PiBox is developed by a team of dedicated engineers focused on delivering high performance at an affordable cost — and they’ve succeeded. Very mediocre product, average quality. Gave a used product initially and then replaced it, again the power adaptor looks dirty and used. Jio charger for this, fishy... Certainly wouldn't recommend. Not worth the money you pay. Please do not buy.

Received. Used. No issue. Perfectly okay. Very easy to the HDD inside the box and further connection. For me it was a old harddisk of HP touchsmart desktop with huge data. Very easily I can view the files. Not faced a single issue. Superb experience. Kept my finger crossed after placement of the order because of negative reviews available in Amazon. I opened the packing, removed the cover, and inserted a 1TB hard disk. Then I connected the power adaptor and the USB cable. I turned the power switch and waited. There was no sign of my PC showing a hard disk! I tried the same with another disk but I had the same issue. I thought for a while and checked the power switch on the case. I pressed it and tried again and the disk showed up! A simple problem, it just needs instructions on the switch which is on and off. Overall, quite a stable case, no issues so far.
