Forest honey is rich in minerals and ideal for use against lung conditions and bronchitis.
It is dark in colour and has a floral aroma with a clear, intense malted content. It has a strong flavour: slightly sweet with strong salty notes. It tends to crystallize little and slowly.
It is produced in holm oak, cork oak and oak forests (Quercus) in Spain.
