I'm a very tall and broad-shouldered rugby-played-build person who has been attempting to consciously correct my posture for years. According to the size chart, the XXL shouldn't fit me, but it did, just about. I've used the brace for 3 days now, but over the course of just a single day, my upper back pain was substantially reduced. Lower back pain, which the brace doesn't even reach, also practically vanished due to the nature of how these things are all connected. It's relatively easy to put on and take off, although I would've appreciated instructions. That last bit is important, because I happen to know that you *absolutely should not wear this to bed*, and if I didn't know that then I would've done. It feels like a quality piece of kit, unlike some of the cheaper options that I've used in the past. As with most things, save your money - invest in quality and you'll spend less in the long run. Excellent value. However, due to the sturdy design, it does show when wearing it underneath clothing. If you spend a lot of time sitting down though, this is a must-have.

I bought this item in the hope that it would improve my posture. So far so good. As I spend many hours sitting at a desk leaning over a laptop screen at work, I've noticed my back is starting to ache, with some stiffness. It comes with a booklet, which I've followed, on wearing this to date; and have noticed the stiffness at work is virtually gone, with little to no back pains. I'll continue to use this and see how this progresses. Mine only has a single large strap unlike the one advertised. This is why I gave it a 4 star.

Used this product to correct a curvature in my spine, and also to help with back ache caused by standing all day in work, and from weights workouts. Easy to put on and feels very sturdy and strong, but also very comfortable. The shoulder straps have a wide range of adjustment, and stay fixed in place once secured. The best surprise was how effective the support was in pulling my shoulders up and back, allowing me to stand a full 2 inches taller due to the straightening of my back and shoulders. It is also surprisingly contoured to your back, so can be worn discreetly under a jumper or shirt if necessary when in work, or walking. A very worthwhile purchase that I highly recommend to anyone suffering with back/posture problems.

Been using it for a while now and found it very useful as I'm quite tall and get pains in my upper back due to Mt posture and age standing up working for more than 5 minutes, like for cooking and washing up dishes, wearing this keeps my posture correct and the pain is a lot less, don't need to take breaks as much. It has these metal bars inside which I think is how it does it. In terms of size, I'm 6'5" 110kg, ordered xxl which in hindsight should have ordered xl but it has a lot of room for adjustment, and the material used is good, I washed mine and it was fine, which is why I'm giving it a 5 star.

I get pretty bad muscle strain in my upper back when doing a lot of bending and reaching for my job for more than a day or two in a row. This is a lifesaver, when the pain flairs up I put it on, and within half an hour to an hour the pain dies down. Comfortable enough when wearing it under a shirt or on top of a good material, and doesn't chafe too much when moving a lot.

Davvero un ottimo prodotto con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Avevo mal di schiena da sei mesi ed in pochi giorni ho risolto il problema. Ha un’ottima vestibilità che consente di indossarlo anche a lavoro.
