The diameter of the tip of the funnel is 3/8". They do not fit inside my 3/8" diameter bottles.

Only if the product is liquid like water.

The seller describes these funnels as being made of stainless steel, good for use with essential oils. I don't know what your definition of "high quality" would be. The funnels are stainless steel, food grade acceptable.

Q: Can these fuunels be heated to help liquid pass through into a mold?

You could heat it with a torch- just make sure your holding the funnel with tongs and a glove so you don't burn yourself.
