These are delicious and I wish they sold fruit snacks flavored like this. I have UC which makes it hard for me to take vitamin D supplements (in pill form) because they upset my stomach. These gummies don't cause any issues for me, which is amazing. I have blood work in 2 months to recheck my vitamin D levels so I'll update my review then to reflect absorption quality.
