Great door lock works as advertised

Ordered 2 of these on Amazon instead of Lowes because of the special color, but both came in oiled bronze instead. Door sense doesn't work in a metal door. Which means autolock doesn't work. Device got jammed while unlocking and only partially unlocked, then was stuck and would not lock or unlock. Keypad stopped responding and only worked via app at that time. With the wifi version the guest mode via app grants users the ability to unlock from anywhere, you cannot restrict it to just bluetooth so they must be nearby. The app works pretty well. Ended up returning and getting a Kwikset smart lock, as it works in a metal frame because it doesn't rely on the doorsense. Customer support answered on a saturday, that was cool. The auto unlock via geofencing worked well. The passage feature is nice, so you can disable autolock for awhile if you are in and out a bunch.
