Slightly more cream like rather than a paste. I.e. softer. I'd say it's more of a medium hold, not strong. Definitely has a nice, natural matte look. Works well for ligher color hair since it doesnt make it look patchy/wet. Washes out no problem. Very mild, pleasant scent. Super quick to apply for a lightly structured, or messy look.

This is a reorder after purchasing the powder and creme directly from Tribal Chimp. This Matte creme is perfect for my son's straight, thin hair. It's hard to find something that is just right and this is it. I like that it provides hold and definition, does not require warming up in your hand, does not give a wet look.

This works really well to help sculpt your hair and help it to do what you want. Just a little thick to have someone run their fingers through your hair. But the look is amazing.

This is a cream textured product. It is not a paste. I’m going to leave the lid off for a few weeks to see if some of the excess moisture evaporates. It is at best a medium hold. The scent is good, and does help with minor styling. It is not a body booster or shaper. If your hair isn’t going the direction you want normally, this will not help. It will help with fly-always and smoothing hair. It is a nice product but it isn’t as described.
