Followed the "Customer is ALWAYS Right" policy
The board arrived and because it was refurbished I installed on my test platform and started machine on Knoppix DVD usb. Initially the graphics would not load and the computer was very sluggish to respond to mouse clicks and/or command line typing. On shutdown, led D25 glowed red. Googling the issue, D25 has something to do with power failure. Through Amazon, I contacted Hard2FindParts for a refund and returned the MB to them, per their instructions.Their review of the board found no issue. Despite their findings, I had no desire to "chance" a vital machine failure due to possible future MB failure. I did not want the board anymore.Hard2FindParts followed the "Customer is ALWAYS Right" policy and gladly refunded my monies. Thank you.
