Great item, makes the best popcorn.

Pops almost every kernel. I did keep the small plastic black vent hole cover off while popping (as the instructions say), but after three uses it's not staying on the vent holes. I can still flip the container over without losing popcorn, so the cover doesn't make the unit a total loss. If you butter your popcorn while cooking, the butter may drip through the vent holes without the lid installed.

The plastic bottom melted with the first use. The seller was accommodating and let us return it. Hopefully, it was a malfunction in the one popper. The features of the popper were easy to use. I Iiked that I could flip just the top and didn't have to flip the whole machine after it was done.

Made popcorn like a pro. I felt that I was at the movies but I love them with sugar so they turn out to be caramel popcorn. Excellent machine recommended for everyone I’ve had it for a couple of months and made many many batches of popcorn awesome machine.

It does pop Popcorn! But it's very easy to burn the popcorn. You need to really watch what you're doing. Also the small black cover that fits on the bowl warps and will not stay on the bowl when you flip it over. I do not leave the black cover on during the popping.
