Q: can it be used for 4yr 6months old boy with 3feet 6 inches height already?

The mattress is the same dimensions as a baby crib. Your kid is 42 inches long, and a standard crib mattress size is between 27 5/8 inches to 28 5/8 inches wide, by 51 3/4 inches to 53 inches long. It will be a little snug in there, but it's doable, for a while. Make a rectangle on the floor with cardboard or masking tape and put the kid in there - see what you think.

Q: Does the night stand come with the bed? If not do you have it?

No the night stand did not come with the bed. It was just the bed (no mattress) I do not have the night stand but am looking to purchase it when we move and my son can have his own room.
