great for windows that are old and drafty. keeps heat in during cold, keeps heat out during extreme sun/heat.

Always rely on this for added heat retention; have used it in a van build and in the home. Very durable, good quality, highly recommended.

If you saw the review I did on the storage shed for my water heater, this is what I used on the inside of that shed for insulation. It covers the walls nicely, and gives you a nice finished look. I also used this last year as insulation and a vapor barrier in a enclosed porch I built for my wife. It keeps the porch toasty warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. Good stuff..👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Contre le froid, ne vous attendez pas à des miracles,..pas à-13 en tout cas....en bas des armoires.. Mais je présume que a -5 Ce doit être bien. ...

The insulation material itself is fine. The included velcro pads included with it did not work at all. The adhesive unstuck within hours of installation.
