I like th fact that it doesn't turn on until the beverage is placed on th warmer. Good safety feature. First smart warmer for me. Would recommend.

While the warmer was turned off, I noticed it had become extremely hot to the touch. This is a major safety concern, as it could have easily caused a fire if left unattended.I trusted this device to work safely, especially when not in use, but it clearly has a malfunction. Thankfully, I caught it in time before anything worse happened.For anyone considering this warmer, I urge you to be cautious. I would not recommend this product until the manufacturer addresses these safety issues and ensures it operates as intended. Love this thing. Perfect for on my desk when working from home, no need to get up and reheat the cup when this thing does the job

It's been 4 months of using this product and it still keeps my coffee warm. Only issue is that the LED light indicator doesn't work anymore. The price I paid for it is still awesome despite the LED light not working.

I've had this about 8 months and until today was very happy with it. Today when I went to turn it on there's no indicator light showing its on. And because I've pressed it multiple times I really have no clue if it's on. I did unplug and replug with no luck. Appears to still be keeping the coffee warm but I'd really prefer to know if it is on or not.
