GPU temps dropped ~8 deg
Installed a 7900 XTX in standard (horizontal) format using the 'Z' bracket that comes with the model i got. Temps were a little hot and i didn't like the look. Install this Lan Li accessory and it helped drop the GPU temps ~8 degrees in vertical configuration. Pics of before and after shown. Works great in case i have - see parts list below. If use build with a Lian Li O11DX or similar case these work perfect.Parts list:- LIAN LI PC-O11DX - Dynamic Black Tempered Glass on the Front and Left Side- AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D 8-Core, CPU- Thermalright AM5 Secure Frame Black V2 AM5 CPU Holder- MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk WiFi Gaming Motherboard- G.SKILL Flare X5 Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6000MT/s CL30-40-40-96 1.40V- 1X SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen4, M.2 2280 - 2TB WINDOWS DRIVE- 3X SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD 4TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 SSD1X USED FOR GAMES/PROGRAMS/PHOTOS2X RAID (MIRRORED) FOR STORAGE- XFX Speedster MERC310 AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX Black Gaming Graphics Card with 24GB GDDR6- Seasonic Focus GX-1000, 1000W 80+ Gold- Lian Li Accessory Universal 4-Slots Vertical GPU Card Holder Kit Black- 3X Cable Matters 8 Pin GPU Power Cable 2ft, 8 Pin EPS / 8 Pin ATX Male TO PCIe Male Graphics Card Power Cable- NZXT 360mm AIO CPU Liquid Cooler with Customizable LCD Display- 3X Phanteks (PH-F120T30_BG_3P) T30-120 Fan Triple-Pack (9 TOTAL FANS)

Card Sags, But Works Well
Works perfectly in my O11 Dynamic XL white case.Super easy to install. Color matches the case. Very strong for the most part.I do have a dual water block on my 3090ti, so my graphics card is a little heavy. It does like to sag on the front right corner inside of the case. I put something underneath this corner to help support the GPU from sagging and causing my hardline tubing from looking crooked. Would help if Lian Li provided a small support bracket to keep the far side from sagging with heavier cards.

Works great for my 4090!
I have this in a Lian Li EVO RGB case holding up my 4090 and it works wonderfully. I love the look and it keeps gravity from stressing the card or my motherboard, because let's face it...these cards are heavy! Eliminates the need for a support bracket or "stick" to hold your card up and it let's you show off the part of your card you otherwise wouldn't see!

Shows off your graphic card, and leaves room for another (low profile) PCIe card
Very happy! Looks and works great, It fit well with this system: 2019 Lian Li O11 Dynamic case, with MEG X570 ACE motherboard, iCUE LINK H150i CPU cooler, MSI RTX4080 16 GB Suprim, Startech PCIe 4 port serial card. The not so good (but not showstoppers):* It was shipped 'bare' and 'unsealed' in the super-thin (~2mm) factory carton. Thanks to the great amazon drivers, it arrived safely anyway.* The instructions are on a small ( 14 x 21 mm) piece of paper, with mostly pictures, and few words.I can understand the economics of pictures (lower translation expenses), but it was difficult for me to get what the pictures were trying to convey.* The water pump on my CPU made it impossible to fit the GPU if one installed this adapter firstThe good:* I installed the GPU onto this adapter first, and then installed that combination into the computer. worked great!* No sag noted (instructions did saw to tighten the top screw first, which I think helped).* There was still room under this adapter for my single 4-port StarTech PCIe serial card to fit.* Looks great, shows off GPU* My guess is that cooling is better fans in bottom of case blow cool air through GPU finsI also appreciate the replies to my questions posted here before I purchased this product. That was the nudge I needed to give it a try.

watch out for the bends
So, I finally got my hands on the Lian Li O11DMINI-1 Vertical GPU Bracket Kit—after accidentally ordering the wrong one the first time (thanks, brain). And let me tell you, it’s a fantastic upgrade for the O11 Mini! The quality is top-notch, as you’d expect from Lian Li; it looks slick, feels sturdy, and makes my build look like it belongs on the cover of PC Glamour magazine. But—and there’s always a but—the PCIe board could really use a bit more support. I’ve got a heavy video card that makes it bend like it’s trying to audition for a yoga class. I mean, I didn’t realize I was supposed to be monitoring my GPU bracket’s flexibility, but here we are.Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a great kit—if I could, I’d give it 4.6 stars, but the internet isn’t quite ready for decimal ratings. So, it’s a solid 4 stars from me. If you’ve got a heavier GPU, maybe have a backup plan for support, or at least be ready to give it a pep talk: "You can do it, little PCIe board!"Overall, a great upgrade to the Mini, minus the unintended “bending feature.” Perfect if you want to show off your GPU—just keep an eye on that tilt!

It fits the o11 vision just fine even with fans
I read reviews saying this doesn’t fit after i got it and i was worried but tried it anyway and it fits just fine even with 140mm fans and two fans above it with the mobo in the lower position. It even lets you move the card away from the mobo if your air coolers in the way. The pcie cables a bit long and You may not be able to plug in one of your displayports because there is a thin strip of metal in the way but you can cut that off and not lose anything. if you have a card with 5 ports it has two slots open to the back so its fine with those too. I’m wondering if the other people had a radiator in the bottom or really thick fans and just blamed it on the case design
