Q: What material is the spout made from?

Some sort of rubbery plastic. It's more flexible than some of our other water bottles.

Q: Can you change the lid with a chug or sport lid? School has a no straw policy but my baby loves this water bottle so much...

My husband's hydraflow came with a chug top. You could probably order another lid. I dont know that the 14oz offers that option.

Q: Is there a trick to putting the silicone mouthpiece back into the lid? I pulled it out to give it a thorough washing and can't put it back!
