Great tasting coffee with Starbucks French roast
Love. Fast, easy, small, and HOT beverages. Haven’t tried but looking forward to cappuccinos. I’ve tried the shots & 10 oz coffee with the same cups. Yum! It does iced coffee too. Easy to use and clean. I’ve had a succession of wonderful Keurig machines. Looks like you can use your own ground coffee as well.

Perfect for my needs
I bought this Keurig Barista due mainly to the small countertop footprint. I honestly didn't have high expectations for this machine, but wanted a single serve coffee maker; my daily use machine is a Cuisinart Grind&Brew. I researched the many models out there, and ended with this machine - again due to it's small footprint, like an add on to my Cuisinart. I was AMAZED and continue to use it daily and exclusively. I have encountered ZERO problems with leaking, drip missing the cup, not working, working crazy and not having an on-off button makes no difference in my case; I merely leave it plugged in and the lights go off until my next cup (what's the big deal?) The coffee quality is amazing. Better than my grind and brew. My sister has a Nespresso Vertuo and my Keurig Barista is JUST as good without taking up half of my countertop, or having to purchase special pods. Lastly, the milk frother..........makes anything you put into it DEVINE. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Easy to keep clean
We love this machine. We had to replace our old Kurieg due to the bad water in our area that eventually breaks everything. What a happy surprise that we like this one even better! Milk frother is the bomb and so easy to clean. Plus it makes cold drinks perfectly too.

Great value
Works great. My wife loves the frother and uses the shot option to make her drinks. The iced coffee option is cool. Not sure if it actually brews at a lower temp like it says but it gets the job done.

Frother broke after 3 months and no help from customer service
I was very pleased with this coffee maker, especially the small size. One thing, if you brew a lot of coffee, the small water container might be a problem. You'll be refilling it often. My issue is the frother - after 3 months, it stopped working. I didn't drop it, allow it to overflow, or put in dishwasher. It just quit. I contacted Keurig via email, and was told to call their customer service number. After a lengthy discussion with John, he could find no solution and decided to replace the frother. He said I needed to submit photos of the original invoice and serial number. It has been 48 hours and I have received no further communication. I understand there are lemons with all products - what matters to me is how the company resolves the issue. And Keurig hasn't addressed my problem.

Great coffee
Had to replace my last Keurig coffee which had some bells and whistles this does not. That being said, I love this coffee maker. Easy to use and the coffee really tastes great.

I like it but it has some quirks
I have another version of a Keurig that is a latte machine, that has the milk part built in. I bought this one when I moved into a smaller space. On one hand I like having the milk separate because it's nice to be able to put away if I don't want to use it. But it seems to hold less milk than the other version. I get a lot more foam, which is nice, but sometimes it's a little too much foam. The second fill line (max) always makes it overflow and come out onto the countertop. When I first set up the machine, it would not recognize that I had water in it, and would not make coffee. After a few tries of unplugging and plugging it back in, I finally got it working, but for a minute there I was worried I was going to have to return it. When the water is about half way gone, it thinks it is out of water, which is strange. My other Keurig latte machine lets the water get down almost to nothing before it detects it needs more water. All in all, I'm happy with it. It was almost $80 less than the other Keurig latte machine, so the cons don't outweigh the savings.
