This is such a great product. While it's primary benefit is anti-constipation, it is also a good-health supplement for the entire gastrointestinal system. It provides anti-inflammation, anti-bacteria, anti-fungus/yeast, and anti-parasite/worms. While not stated, this could be a great product to take on vacations to prevent gastro symptoms when eating in strange places. If you've tried Miralax, Dulcolox, Milk of Magnesia, and whatever other supplements for constipation, you can throw all those in the trash and replace them with this one product that happens to work way better than any of them. You don't feel like you are taking anything. There is no irritation or cramping or excessive looseness that comes with other anti-constipation strategies. I would suggest ignoring the instructions on the bottle for dosing and instead find the best dosing that works for you personally by experimenting. For me that turns out to be one capsule with water 3 times a day before meals. Amazing product.

Ingredients are good, and it)'s not only mover, but has some anti bug/parasite properties. For me 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening was too much, but if you do a cleanse, that's what you want-remove everything. No bad experience after taking those for 3 weeks, just some die off symptoms, but that's my bug cleanse.

I keep this in stock at my house. It works great!!

I previously bought Digestic's IBS product that was similar to this in ingredients. It worked gently, but took 4-6 pills a day and was expensive. When I saw this product I thought it was a better value and for the same natural ingredients, but it didn't work for me at all. Took it for 3-4 days upping the dose each day...nothing but cramps. Guess I'll go back to Digestic. Every body is different. Good luck with yours!
