I really like it. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and comfortable, making it perfect for long shifts. The fit is flattering, and I appreciate the professional look. The snap-front design is convenient, and the pockets are a great size for storing essentials. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the sleeves are a bit long for me, even though I ordered my usual size. I had to roll them up, which isn’t a huge issue, but it would be nice if there were more sleeve length options. Overall, it’s a great jacket and I’d definitely recommend it for comfort and style!

(Wife commenting on husbands account. lol. - Skip to end for my simpler opinion/review of product). I bought this for my clinical rotation's, as I am in nursing school. It it very lightweight, which. I love! It isn't the warmest, which I also don't mind because something too warm would be unbearable as we are constantly running from patient to patient and would easily get too hot. This jacket is perfect for all day wear. Perfect length at upper thigh area. I do agree with the prior comments in that it runs large. I am 5'6" & 107 lbs, so I listened to the prior reviewers and bought a size smaller than I usually wound (I bought an XXS instead of my normal XS), and it was still a bit loose-fitting. It isn't too much of an issue for me as I have gotten use to it. No one notices it looking big (and you probably won't be able to from the picture either).. I'm just a person that prefers snug-fitting clothing. I'd have to say, my pros outweigh my cons, and I can NOT argue with that price; which is the reason for my 5 star rating! ***Long story short: a good, lightweight, open/airy jacket for nursing! 10/10 recommend if you don't mind it being a little loose - just buy a size smaller than your usual size!!***

Wonderful fit and looks great.

I weigh 125 bls 5 ft 6in and ordered a medium. The fit was loose on me but I liked that I was able to move my arms and not feel like it was tight. The fabric was not stretchy or smooth but the jackets were well made and somewhat softish. As far as looks go, I never considered the jacket flattering. I should have picked a happier color.
