My husband says that they are a "bit of an ordeal to put on". I would not recommend them for anyone with arthritis in their hands. They seem to hold well.

These clips are a lifesaver. They are lightweight but very secure, and they don’t irritate the back of the neck. Having a set of four is great so I can keep one in my car and one in my travel bag. Highly recommend for anyone worried about losing an expensive hearing aid.

i'm not sure what's worse when wearing hearing aids - having sweat in your ears or having these things soak up your sweat. A decent idea for not losing your h/as but avoid hot weather. very little value for your money.
