So how do you make a game out of weightlifting? Good question as we don't want to exhaust you, or damage your back or knees, or drop anything on your feet. Oh and no suspect substances required either. What we have done is use our usual dice system to allow you to 'lift' weights in any weight category [your choice] as the score on the die determines how much additional weeight you lift each on your turn and whether it's a clean lift or not. And of course if you lift more than the opposition to win the title.
