Important question! This one, with the screw-off top, has a spacing of 4". The Lawn Genie "RJ" which has the top held down by 8 screws has a spacing of 4 1/4".

Q: This includes everything in photo including solenoid?

Yes it includes the solenoid and the pair wires to connect to the timer.

Q: Is this the threaded one?

Yes. Stardard 3/4" threaded connection

Q: My valves are making a rattling noise when turned on and water doesn't flow unless I unscrew the small black bleeder screw. How can I get it to flow?

If all of your valves do this then you have timer problem. If only one does this then it likely that you have solenoid problem. Then you can change the solenoid only.
