I bought these to glaze my pottery with. I have been wanting to paint some Japanese style paintings on my mugs and was looking for some nice brushes to see what size and style I prefer. I really love the pack size and different brush types with the case being a wonderful addition. The value is definitely there with this pack being extremely affordable and appears to be good quality. Excited to see how they work!

these are surprisingly good for the money. the hairs are springy and dont shed too easily, making proper writing and painting with these a ease. and its just so cheap.

I started my kumi watercolor painting journey about a year ago, and this set is a wonderful jumping off point. It includs a wide variety for the low price, and the quality is just above average. The brushes loose some hairs in the beginning after first use. However, it didn't happen much after the first cleaning. The sizes also are a great length.

Happy with the variety in this set. Ive only used with a disappearing water ink so far but no bristle loss with that.

Didn't liked these brushes. It seems poor quality and the hairs fall appart every time I paint...

The smaller brushes were fine... There was a lot of shedding on all the brushes. The Dark bristled large brushes smelled like goat urine. I washed them with soap so many times, as I was seeing that the water was brown-ish yellow, then I finally got a whiff of the water as I was washing them and immediately almost threw up. I threw the brush away and washed my hands with alcohol+dish soap about 8 times in a row. I was very upset by this. The bristles are from farm animals. Make sure to wash like crazy if you buy them.
