I’m size medium. I got medium but I ended up returning because I needed a small size. If you really want the vibration to work get one size smaller .

Q: Anyone know if this helps with carpal tunnel or ulnar entrapment?

This product is incredibly effective. I suffer from “Golf Elbow” and Ulnar Entrapment. The pain can be excruciating, as one may know. This product is beneficial in relieve it the pain and improving mobility. The sleeve “speed” is adjustable for comfort.

Q: How does this compare to other compression sleeves? Is the main difference the vibration?

The vibration and localized heat are the difference and it is actually really nice. I wouldn't wear it while exercising like some other plain compression sleeves, but that's just a personal preference.

Q: Does this sleeve also work on the left arm or do you need to buy the pair?

Works great on the left arm . Best find for me
