It's easy to use. the seller is very friendly, he send me a video of the installation

Q: I have enabled my bluetooth and also the scale up app to connect but it won’t connect to the scale. i have ios14. help?!?!??!

I have the same issue. The scale does not show up in my phone as an available bluetooth device. Seems like there should be a way to put the scale into pairing mode. I'm also running iOS 14 and my phone is set to "discoverable" under bluetooth settings.

Q: Doed this work with Garmin vivoactive 4?

if you can download the app and the Garmin has bluetooth it will work
