This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine.Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this.Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly.We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly "Jammed Hips" for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal - Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold...You name it. No relief.Three 10 minute sessions on my new LifePro 3D Vibration Plate changed all of that. (LOW and SLOW) The first time I used it, I was so tight, but it felt like rusty bolts were getting knocked loose inside - I just went with the flow. I purchased our LifePro vibe plate almost 4 years ago & it still works like new! I usually use it a few times per week (give or take). It helps me greatly with muscle tone, lymph flow (for lymphedema), vascular flow, venous flow (venous insufficiency), etc. I love using it while watching a show or YouTube how-to videos :). It is easy to use, though not light. If I had a spot for it I would just leave it out, but with kids & dogs I keep it in a cabinet so nobody trips over it.I have recommended this vibe plate to many other people.I am impressed with the LifePro warranty & quality build of their products.I WOULD purchase it again!

Given my age and health, I will likely remain at the beginner level. I am looking forward to seeing the exercise poster as it will help me plan my work out. I think it is a good value and easy to put together

I was having pain and numbness in my left leg. A friend ordered this vibrating plate and had me try it. I ordered mine. After using it about 5 minutes a day for the first week, I noticed a difference! My leg no longer hurt and did not wake me in pain at night! It seems to be helping my circulation.

The package arrived without any damage. It was well protected. It wasn't too heavy to lift to bring inside from my front porch. It was easy to assemble. I started using it right away. I am starting off with P1 and building up my time. I have a tight I.T. band and it feels so much better after I use this. I use it first thing in the morning, after my workouts, and before bed. It's only been a week and my I.T. band feels so much better.

Unit feels heavy-duty, from the sole plate to the power cord. Quiet and effective. I chose this over another model because it has controls on the top of the unit as well as having a remote control. If you lose/misplace the remote, you can still operate the machine. The only thing I don't like about it is that the (plastic molding) sides are curved, so that I cannot store this standing on end, and storing it vertically on top/bottom doesn't look like a good idea, either. I don't have underbed storage space, so I don't have a convenient way to store this somewhat large, heavy, must-be-flat thing. I was concerned that the metal knobs would be uncomfortable to stand/sit on, but they don't bother me. They are sized to fit feet that are bigger than my women's size 9, so they don't actually provide acupressure where I would want it. So... neither a benefit nor a detriment. It's a high quality unit, worth the money.

I'm a 72 year old over weight man. I purchased this product after reading Nikola Tesla's PDF on the vibration plate he invented. Mark Twain had visited Tesla's lab, and after using the vibration plate, a lot of his ailments had begun to go away. So, I searched for a product on Amazon, and since Nikola was not around to ask him which product to purchase, I read the reviews of various machines. Since the machine will hold 330 pounds, I thought surely it would hold my weight of much less than 300 pounds.When the machine arrived, I found the packaging very substantial, and the product was in perfect shape and heavy. Please realize, I just opened the box yesterday and used it one time today. I found that Program 1 was very pleasing. I felt the motion in my feet, ankles, calves, knees, thighs, and lower back. Right where I needed it. I'm hoping it will help my sciatic pain.This machine has a lot of different programs, including weight loss. Which I need. If the vibration plate helped Nikola Tesla, Mark Twain, and Tesla's lab assistants in 1901, I'm sure it can help me in 2025.Be aware, this does not have any rails on which to hang clothes. It lies flat on the floor and will gather dust if not used daily.Anyway, have fun and be healthy. Our bodies are a Temple, keep it healthy.
