Really like how smooth this works. I haven't set up with a phone, etc, but it really supports my wrists/elbows and makes the focus abs.

I bought a similar more expensive one from another company and it broke. It was flexible, up and down on the roller, so your forward motion was more natural than this inflexible one. Unfortunately the connectors cracked and the arms just fell off.This one claimed to be all metal and more solid, but unfortunately, although the arm bars are metal like the other one, the connectors that hold the handles to the roller are small flimsy plastic pieces and won’t be able to withstand the pressure or a 200+ pound person like me (says up to 350 but no way). I’ll use it until the duct tape is required to hold it together.**********************Update. Great customer service. They replaced this and I couldn’t be happier. I use it everyday.

Retired and living a sedentary lifestyle, other than housework, I needed help getting my stomach muscles tightened. At first, I was a little confused on how to assemble it, there were no instructions for that. So, using the photo on the pamphlet I was finally able to figure it out. I have owned it 3 days and used it each day. I already feel the muscles tightening when I walk and, in the mirror, I see a slight reduction in tummy fat. I'm pleased with how easy it is to use and how quickly I am feeling results. I chose this model because I liked the way I could rest my weight on the arm rests while I rolled forward and pulled back using my stomach muscles. At my age (69) I didn't feel I could use the other kind that had no arm rests. I highly recommend this for tightening stomach muscles which in turn burns fat from the tummy!

The good: great for focusing on what you want to work…abs. I didn’t kill my arms and shoulders trying to get my abs to muscle failure. It was fantastic for that.The bad: made up of mostly thin plastic. I’m not small, so I feel like it isn’t going to last very long. However, I paid $21 for it, so I don’t expect it to last I to eternity.It is a little narrow for my wide frame. I feel like I’m really working to tuck my arms in hard to stay on it.Overall, I think the product does a good job. I didn’t really need the extra help returning to the starting position, because it’s taking away from the challenge he, but to compensate, I just do a lot more reps. I still get tired that way.The forearm pads do a lot to help with comfort, which is great.Overall, I gave it a 3, but I would recommend trying it for yourself.

This is a complete game changer with the ab roller. I have the original one and trying to balance on it makes it hard to do many. This however, IS A GAME CHANGER, I can do more ab rolls with this. Easier on shoulder, arms. Hopefully it’ll last a while.Edit!With having 2 wheels, you don’t have to engage your core as much and being that it’s mostly made of plastic, within a few uses it started popping, cracking, etc. I’ll be returning because I can see this isn’t going to last long for someone who wants to use it daily.
