The rod assembly doesn’t fit, plastic is the cheapest quality, and bristles are useless.
The media could not be loaded. I regret every penny spent on this broom. The rod assembly doesn’t even fit properly, making it completely useless from the start. The plastic is the worst of the worst—flimsy, cheap, and feels like it’ll snap any second. The fiber bristles? Absolutely terrible! They aren’t absorbent at all and just push dirt around instead of actually cleaning. The entire broom is made of the lowest-quality materials possible. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else but not this

Poor quality product
Very poor quality product, the fiber is mentioned as microfiber but is of some other material that looks like nylon and it's not very absorbent . The mid part screw was of poor construction and rod would fall off. Has to return

Worst quality product in decade
Very very very substandard product. Don't want to give even 1 star to this product. Quality is worse than road side or Mela toys we buy from villages. We shortly share video.of.same. Dont even think of buying this one. I am sure you will regret this 16000 times( Reviews) on this product.

Mop quality and handle is not as expected.
Mop quality is very poor. The base of mop is too small for floor.The water do not since properly and the broom comes out of pipe creating problems. Please buy if quality improve. Today It's no from me.
