I have previously purchased this pen on multiple occasions. While there were minor order discrepancies, the company's customer service was excellent in resolving the issues. The pen itself is aesthetically pleasing, with a discreetly placed light button, and offers a superior writing experience. The inclusion of batteries and a refill is a valuable addition. My overall experience with these pens has been exceptionally positive, including the functionality of the integrated light.

Tactical pen arrived sooner than expected and in good shape, was not damaged. Found it to be better quality than expected. The pen writes well and feels very solid for a writing instrument. The LED on top of the pen works really well in a dark area or room where there is no lights on, just to take the pen out of my pocket to find or look for a light switch or door ,is so handy to have. Makes it safe just not to bang into anything or trip in the dark.I did not use the pen for the self defense part , but it definitely will hurt someone if needed to be used.I Work as a technician and sometimes I need to work in panels which are dimly lit and my tactical pen with LED comes in handy ,also when I get people to sign paperwork they find that its also a cool pen to have. All the other techs and electricians I work with in buildings ask me where I purchased it so they could order it themselves on Amazon, would definitely recommend this product. Solid,good quality and comes with an extra battery and pen Ink refill..

The refill in this pen uses a standard size that is easily available, and mine came with a spare of it and cell batteries. It writes very well and is a joy to use for such. It is very heavy for what it is, and the LED is not overly bright, which makes the very small cells it uses last well. Still partial to a separate pen and two cell AAA dedicated pocket light, but do carry it on occasion and do like how it writes.

I was pleased to find out how thick the product was upon receiving it as i have very large hands and I can actually use the pen function at work. I was impressed to receive a pre delivery email from the company making sure the product arrived in a timely manner and the packaging in good condition which it did. I was also pleased with quality of the pen insert as i use it professionally. I was impressed with the crown on the pen, if it were needed for self defense it has multiple edges carefully machined to perfection and would make anyone think twice about coming back at you a second time once used !!! I was grateful to receive a quality backup pen and 3 replacement batteries ensuring ling term use of the product. The flashlight is much brighter than expected and the on/off button is also of a good quality. When I've purchased similar products in the past the flashlight would go on in your pocket or backpack and by the time you found out the batteries would be dead but this product has a very deliberate on/off finction making that scenario highly unlikely. The only reservation I have about the product is that the orientation of the flashlight is off center when lit but the flashlight is surprisingly bright and useful as i work night shift and has come in very handy several times. I would definitely recommend this product for personal use or as a gift.

Initial impression - very nice pen. Light works well and is reasonably bright. Nit bright enough to replace all flashlights, but it's not meant to. It is plenty bright enough to find an exit or a circuit breaker. Bright enough for furst responders to use to check pupillary response. The pointy end near the light is aggressive enough for pressure point manipulation, which is my i bought it (I'm a cop). It uses commonly available ink refills, including Fisher space pen.Update: lightweight, fairly large in diameter. Light is functional, but not that bright. Pen feels very comfortable, writes very well. 10 out of 10, would buy again.I'd like to see one that is powered by AAA batteries or is USB rechargeable, with a brighter light.

Very sturdy design, smooth writing and a decent flashlight. Just what I needed. A+

This bad boy fits it’s description well, however, I didn’t think it would be so thick and bulky. I carry it as a spare. The batteries are VERY hard to get in the right way. You have to make multiple attempts to get them to fall in place right side up. Other than that, she’s solid and will get the job done as long as you have the pocket space and don’t mind the weight. Overall, I’m satisfied.

This pen is a tactical pen. It has a decent flashlight, glass breaker/DNA collecter and ink pen. The pen is operated by twisting, it writes smoothly. It comes with spare batteries and pen refill. This is not a lightweight pen or is it meant to be lightweight.
