Good walker, but with issues
Bought for my Mum who was using a cheaper bog standard walker, and as a result was hunched over when walking. I got her this one so that she could walk in a better posture, and this looks to have solved that problem... However, against my better judgement I decided to use... The instruction manual it came with, big mistake as the parts it tells you to add towards the end really should have been parts to add about halfway through, as I needed to take the armrest stalks off in order to add them (for some reason putting them onto the walker comes before adding the handle bars that go onto them for when the user sits down). Gave up on instructions in the end and went with common sense. Next gripe, back to those handlebars - you spanner tighten them to the stalks, which is fine apart from the fact that the knuts are moulded into the plastic, I obviously received a defective handlebar, as when I began to tighten them it popped out of the plastic, rendering it useless, it could no longer be tightened and held in position. Rather than the hassle of sending back, I have found a longer screw and bolt to go on the outside, and have tightened it on that way. For the money, shouldn't have had that issue, so disappointed on that score, but now it's built it seems good quality and will hopefully serve my mum for many years... At least it better had!Update5 months later and the foam on the left armrest has split, however customer service is prompt and they are addressing this issue with no hassle, so I have no real complaints at this point.

Info
Great product easy to assemble with time and care and pausing video to check. Strong easy to fold but secure while walking. Very pleased with it. I would of preferred the video to have a person speaking English through it I steady of music and the on screen instructions and for it to be a bit slower and more descriptive of the correct way around of some bits but if your used to assembling things then it's not hard but certainly the video could be in a bit more detail. Wheels are very smooth so although this means they go over things easily they don't hold on the break that well on a thin carpet.

Worth every penny
An amazing product. My friend put it together with a guide on YouTube, which took all of 15 minutes.I haven't used it outside yet due to limited mobility.I'm sure it will help on the days I can 👍

Sturdy, reliable and beautifully engineered
For several years I have suffered from constant lower back pain and arthritis in my joints. I also have Atrial Fibrillation and get very breathless when trying to walk any distance without help. Having researched upright walkers on the internet I was particularly interested in this machine. It looked and sounded impressive but nothing prepared me for the difference it is making to my way of life. Conventional walkers can be useful but most of them cause the user to stoop over the handles and, for me, this causes a lot of discomfort. With this upright rollator, for the first time in years, I can walk up to the local town or along the sea front where we are fortunate to live, keeping in an upright position and with no back pain or discomfort in my neck and shoulders. In addition to this I have had no trouble with my breathing. For me, what sets it apart from other machines are the adjustable and very comfortable arm rests which take so much pressure off my back when walking. They keep the body upright which alleviates the pain of walking. The machine is very well built, fully adjustable to the most comfortable height and, if you get tired, it has a good seat with a padded back rest. It comes with a one year guarantee which, upon registration is extended to three years. I feel that it is giving me a new lease of life and my only regret is that I didn't know about it sooner.

Excellent customer service
Non-trivial to assemble, but well made. Customer service was brilliant. Not sure this model is that suitable for the uneven pavements we have in the UK. Sounds obvious, but it’s heavier than the “shopping trolly” style of walker, which proved to be too much for the person I bought it for.
