and it's very easy to change pin-outs
These made it so simple to replace camera cables for Tandberg codecs at a fraction of the price, and it's very easy to change pin-outs.

Decent component pity about the lack of instructions
The plastic shell and RJ45 are good and solid. The wires if anything are too long but it makes assembly easy and it's all push fit. Unfortunately it came with no instructions and as it's discontinued the diagrams are not on the vendor website either. After a bit of poking around it seems to follow the Yost standard for colours and RJ45 serial.
