Q: In your options there is a large and a silent large option. what does silent large mean?

Hello, thanks for your question. 'silent large' means left/right click is silent. 'large' means common click, not silent. They are are the same shape, large size fits for large hands, may be not very comfortable for small hands/women hands. Thank you.

Q: how long does the battery last once charged?

I use it at work about 8 hours a day and don't turn it off at night. It lasts about 6 days under that usage. The nice thing is that since you can charge via USB cable if it dies just plug in and keep going. It doesn't give you any warning when it's about to die. Just stops. Even while using it charges in about two hours.

Q: Do you have this in a left-handed model?
