You Paid For Good Thermal Imaging...You Got THE BEST!
I had an entry level thermal scope for past few years, it was good. I wanted to take it up a notch or two for my weeks in the Blue Ridge Mountains so I bought ZEISS - wow, I overshot my goal! These are the best: start-up is fast, imaging range is so much more than what I had or even expected, filters are fantastic, ease of operation is second to none, and the focus is beyond amazing! Sure, ZEISS is a couple bucks more but...you absolutely get what you paid for - the very best!

Won't Turn On
After receiving the new Zeiss DTI 1/25 thermal monocular, connected to USB connector to charge over night. The "Zeiss" DTI 1/25 would not even Turn On after charging. More expensive Chinese junk. Returned for refund.

Better than more expensive competitors!
Bought a $3000 ATN with better resolution specs. This Zeis with lower resolution specs by far outperformed for $1000+ less.
