Perfect fit! I love how tiny this nose hoop is. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I’ve had this now for over a year and it still has NOT tarnished or lost any color! Closing it for the first time was a challenge for me (my first hoop) but I got it done. It’s easy to shape and bend so be careful when closing it. I would recommend this nose ring/hoop. I love it!!

I have had these piercings for 22 years and kept something in them for ten of those. I knew they’d be a tad irritated after putting anything in them following a long break but I did not expect this!!! So much inflammation and oozing and crusting and soreness. That’s never happened after a break before. Never. I’ve had a little bit of tenderness before and a tiny bit of inflammation, but this was like either an infection or metal allergy to a base metal. I put in a refund request (approved easily - good customer service) and ordered something at a higher karate from another brand thinking this was either mis-listed when it was really just gold coloured and not gold, or that I was having the same issues with 14k fill that I had with 10k and that my minimum may just be 18k. After a few days it subsided!!! WTF?!?! That’s not how metal allergies work. The instructions said not to put alcohol on them (common with plating/fill) which is something I usually do to avoid a mild new exposure infection (there are both serious and not too serious bacteria everywhere, everyone’s body is used to a different combo of common germs, so even if you only encounter a new non-serious germ it could take your body awhile to adjust and there could be initial symptoms of mild infection that soon subside)… since I could not sanitize these to my usual standards and they are “handmade” I am assuming that whomever handled them and I have naturally different biomes and I’m now just used to it after a couple of days. It’s fine now, just the it’s been awhile type stuff that I originally expected and to the most minimal degree, no more soreness or redness or inflammation or anything like that!!!! Cancelled my return. Nice to meet you from afar, whomever made these, we are weirdly bonded now since I guess it’s your normal biome that threw mine for a loop but now it’s a part of me forever (science is stranger than fiction). If you’re having a reaction, I suggest go ahead and mark them as faulty and request a return, that way if it doesn’t subside after a couple of days, or the quality goes down by the time you order, you aren’t stuck with them, but then wait until the last minute to return them. You may not have to. I like mine, so I’m glad I got to keep them…. If that sounds like an adventure you’re not up for, maybe just use alcohol once even though it may thin the fill a tiny bit… if it’s just once (wiping NOT soaking - do NOT soak plate/fill) to avoid the reaction to the germs or residue and not an ongoing thing it will be fine. They look like gold plate, at the very least, and the reaction stopped so I’m keeping them! Not my best experience but worth keeping.
