Long lasting and does not irritate eye

I’ve used Bare Minerals for many years, but this is the first time buying eyeliner with a retractable pencil. The eyeliner is bold, true to color, and very easy to apply. The color lasts most of the day, I have very watery eyes and I find it doesn’t smudge or run except a little on the outer corners of my eyes. The pencil size is very slim and easily fits in a purse or makeup bag.

I have used bar minerals for years.. I got my eyeliner but each time I use it would break off. I have never had this problem before. I haven’t had it but for 2 months and it’s out and don’t even use it daily. Not happy with this. I called the company and since I didn’t order it from them not much they could do😡😡😡
