StarTech.com (2m) Mini USB Cable A to Down Angle Mini B

It may be just a length of humble cable but is vital piece of equipment for a sash cam where it is mounted on suction cup against the car windscreen. The socket to the dash camera is on the top edge which meant that the original cable supplied by the dash cam was unsuited; such that even with a sharp and tight bend (far smaller than it designed minimum radius) the cable was tugging the cam to askew for it was also a shade too short to reach the car's nearest cigarette lighter (as power source). As I didn't want to pull up carpets and interior lining to run cables to the car battery, which is housed in the boot of the car (stupid design), therefore chose to hunt down an after market cable with sufficient length and with a right angled mini-USB plug. Hurray found this cable. Perfect for the task.

My Dad has a Garmin 51LMT-S Sat Nav that came with a power lead where the lighter plug is attached to the cable. To use a dual USB adapter, I had to get a separate cable and this one appeared like a good match due to the angled connector. I can confirm the angle is correct with the wider end of the connector facing the lead direction. So far in the few weeks of use, the Sat Nav has been functioning fine with this cable attached to the dual USB lighter adapter. The short lead length does however limit how far the socket can be away from the Sat Nav, so I suggest checking with 1m of string if this will be long enough.

It is a lead. It connects my sat nav to the USB multiport that fits into the 12v in my car. It works. It means I have less wore flapping around now and can charge my phone if I need to now. Bored now. End.

Order and arrived on time. A perfect product as described and as shown in the pictures. Bought this as replacement for my Garmin sat nav as the original one was a fixed cigarette lighter fitting. It’s very convenient as I can directly plug this into the usb slot. Also the cable length is just perfect as it avoids all unnecessary mess. Overall very happy and like the product. Highly recommend if interested.

This was bought for a tom-tom Sat Nav as the standard cable was too short for my new car (Nissan Pulsar) which perversely has the USB, Power and Aux sockets inside the between seats centre console. The cable is of very good quality, worked well and fitted all ports perfectly with length to spare so I am happy to recommend it here.

So annoying that an adaptor is too big to get a regular cable into it. Well this cable saved the day, no more worries. Cable has held up so far after 3 years, and plan to keep it for many more years to come

Comme indiqué dans le titre, on peut gagner de la place et éviter un angle à 90° sur un fil qui pourrait s'abîmer au fil du temps. Les deux mètres de long sont, dans certains cas, bien utiles.

Much better quality than expected. Cable is very secure and well built. Right angle plug helps reduce torque on USB plug preserving both the cable and your device. Highly recommended. I use it to connect my Taranis transmitter to my PC, and using an adapter, to my LG V20. Connections are good on both devices.

J'ai beaucoup cherché ce type de câble et je l'ai trouvé sur ce site . C'est un câble coudé vers le haut qui rempli son rôle à savoir il reste à demeure sur mon scanner P 208II Canon que je peux ranger dans son étui sans le débrancher à chaque rangements .Pratique et génial et parfaitement compatible avec mon scanner . Très bon produit .
