Skylo Uniflush Universal Dual Flush Valve Button or Handle Flush Valve

So this is probably user error to be honest, it was super easy to fit, which was great as our toilet was leaking and now it doesn't. However I can't seem to work out what setting to set the flushes too... No matter where I set them they don't flush away anything, the dual buttons seem to do the same amount of flush, and to clean the bowl we have to hold the button down til it's clear. A bit annoying, but hey, it flushes and it doesn't leak so I'd still say winning!

Item was delivered on time. The instructions were good and install was super easy, even though I had to remove the cistern. Quality seems good and works like it should. Package contained everything one would need for multiple scenarios.

This Dual flush is easy to fit and comes with 2 outlet pipe sizes.The only issue with fitting is the setting of the "Blue controls" on the device. (Always read the instructions . . .)I did have to adjust it to get the correct water height for a good flush, after I had fitted it.You will need small hands to do it if you didn't get it correct settings before fitting. You could always take the cistern off again but that was too much trouble for me so I struggled to do it in situ.

I bought 3 of these and after 18 month 2 have started jamming open when the toilet is flushed which means that water keeps running into the toilet bowl. The only way to stop it is to take the toilet tank lid off and push the centre of the flush mechanism back down.We have hard water, so maybe it's a build up of limescale, but the previous flush mechanisms had been in place for over 12 years with no issues.

I’m a nurse, not a plumber, but after watching a few you tube videos and the manufacturers videos I was able to fit this without any problems, other than having to buy a tool to undo the old flush washer from the cistern. It inspired me to also buy and fit a new fill valve, totally upgraded loo! Brilliant, comes with both a button and handle flush, and with both sizes to fit all UK cisterns. My old system was the old fashioned one...standard flush, this system gives the option of half or full flush which is water saving! Highly recommend....if I could do this...anyone can!!! X

Easy to fit and fully adjustable.Used the button device which has a few options to fit different toilets. The handle option was a little squeaky but wouldn't fit as the cistern hole was to small.Overall I'm happy with this purchase.
