Works Awesome once you have all the parts
The Unit itself works Fantastic, but Customer Service forgot parts when they packed it, but sent the parts 3 weeks later after complaining to Amazon

It does the job
I'm not the one who purchased this (company owner did), but I'll say that the price seems a bit steep for what it is. It's just a toaster and a fish tank pump, at the end of the day. The logos on each of the electric elements was blacked out with a permanent marker; clearly this is a massively-produced item that's distributed out to practically anyone who wants to make a quick buck. How this pile of generic parts amounts to $180, is far beyond my grasp. I digress; our studio needed to bend a whole bunch of little PVC tabletop signs we'd printed for a customer, and this did the job perfectly. It wasn't out of my pocket, so the cost is mostly irrelevant to me. What matters to me is whether or not it's efficient and usable, and produces consistent functionality. With a bit of foresight, this can be quite an effective and versatile tool for working with plastics and signage. A FEW WORTHY NOTES: - There are no instructions included. It's not rocket science to put it together, but maybe save this page so you can have a look at the pics to help you assemble the frame. - As far as the pump goes, it shouldn't matter which end of the heating element cooling jacket you hook it up to; the second hose simply goes from the second (unused) barb and the other end back into a bucket of water (along with the pump). - The extended frame is near-useless. I mean I guess there are some uses as it's intended backstop, but VERY limited due to the frame's short length. I'd recommend getting rid of it and just mounting it to the side of a heavy duty workbench. Buy yourself some beefy magnets as well, like ones that installers use while wrapping vehicles, to help hold your workpieces in place on the main platen and can be used to hold down distant backstops if you're on a steel bench.
