I have had numerous MP products before - they are pretty reliable. This was received in good condition. Taste was quite nice and mixed well. Suitable for vegans. Helps with recovery after training if taken consistently. Buying from Amazon is good bcs delivery is free as a Prime member.

I can't drink it by itself as the texture is disgusting. However, it works better with lemon. I tried the berry flavour as well and this one is so much better.

I like that it taste really nice and it mixes very good in water. I don’t like that it’s only in 250g pack and a bit overpriced than it is on website.

Great pumps and notice a difference in side within a few weeks. Don’t expect strength gains to be huge. Strength still increases at natural rates. It creates water retention, it’s not a steroid kids
