Good purchase for weekend mechanic
4.5 stars. Functional and has performed well for 18 months after my old SK set was stolen. Higher quality than the cheap sets. Only flaw has been the universal joint, which recently failed with 29 foot lbs applied to it. The joint is held together with a threaded fastener, which loosened and came apart. SK replaced it on a warranty claim. Pretty sure these aren’t made in the US anymore.

Good Quality Tools.
Just like my 1/2" set these are a great addition to my tool set. Build quality is great and they look good as well. Hopefully the durability will hold out as good as the set I bought in the 80's.

I have confidence in the build quality.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've owned this brand for 50 years. Functionality: I like the design of their ratchets. Impossible to accidentally change direction while in use Build quality: My original made in USA SK stuff is still in great shape. I hope these last as well Look: The tool case has superior fit and labeling for socket location.
