Very pleased with this camera. We purchased it so we can connect and check up on my Dad who lives on his own and has been diagnosed with dementia. He often turns his mobile phone off in error so this is a great way to get hold of him and get him to turn phone on again. He also unfortunately keeps calling out the Paramedics so this is also a good way to chat to them whilst they check him over. Set up has been so easy, picture clarity is amazing. Events are stored on an SD Card, however you can have Cloud Storage if you choose to. Playback of event video's on the App is so easy. Also great quality night vision. We had tried a different make of camera but the sound quality was awful (might have been a faulty unit) - my only suggestion to add to this one would be a siren to get the persons attention (the other camera we bought had a Siren and Lights which you could activate on the app, but this one doesn't). It is such great value for money considering the price point and gives us tremendous peace of mind.

I hardly do reviews but had to with this. I was going to purchase thr ipet camera for nearly £200 to see my dog whilst I'm out and connect by video so she could see me but found this and it did not disappointing for over less than thr price of thr ipet. Took minutes to set up the video quality is amazing. Top quality camera. I have the tapo cameras from argos at my home which are brilliant to see through your phone but this gem has a video both ways. It does have a call button on thr device which is great for pensioner's easy to use but it's not needed at all. I can call the camera from my phone and it becomes video call without having to press answer on the device it auto connects. That was my biggest question buying this so wanted to add that in for others. But I can honestly tell you if your thinking of buying a camera for your parents grandparents pets or anything get this I couldn't say anything bad about it its amazing 100% also while I'm abroad and my parents stay at my house they can easily call me straight on a video and my dog goes straight to it waggling her tail just fantastic. The most important thing this would be good for is anyone worried about an elderly person living on their own and how complicated phones are for them this is so easy and they don't even have to press the call its just an option as it auto connects. Oh and it follows movement as my dog moves about the camera moves and follows her every move wide lense too. Probably longest review I've ever done but honestly what a bargain and a fantastic purchase 👌 👏

Bought this in order to keep an eye on my elderly mother and talk to her through the screen as she can’t get to grips with video calls over the phone.This does everything I wanted and she doesn’t have to do anything, or she just presses one button to call me. Simple and at such a great price. Easy to set up. The only negative, which I don’t want to mark the product down on, is the volume can’t be turned up massively. But this wouldn’t be an issue if my mother wore her hearing aids!

Easy to set up, great visual optics and reasonably priced.My only criticism is that the lead is too short.Would definitely recommend 👌

I don't know what model I was sent, but it is completely different to the one shown on Amazon. The two way video calling doesn't work. My picture comes up on my phone, but I don't appear on the screen of the monitor. So my nan can hear me, but cannot see me. Not ideal as that was one of the reasons for the purchase. When she she wanted to have a chat, she could see me, as she doesn't do mobile phones. There isn't a reset button, name of the make of device and when I scanned the QR code, it didn't exist. This is probably why it was on offer. I would not recommend this product. Save your money and try another product.

Great system. Bought his for bedridden relative. I can check on them at anytime. Great pic quality day and night. The alert function is great for movement during the night.Chat and video function works great.

Amazing product 😀 Having researched numerous options this item has been invaluable for my 90 year old mum. I have peace of mind that I can easily contact her without her having to do anything. Also, she just needs to press a green button on the unit to call me in the case of an emergency. You just simply plug in, download the app and follow the instructions,which were easy to follow and you're good to go. Would definitely recommend 👍

This is ideal for checking in on either elderly relatives or your animals. Bought to check on my mum whilst away for a couple of days. Was reassuring to be able to check on her. Good vision all around and you can easily talk through it.
