It actually says everywhere else that this is your cleansing step, follow with toner, including on the -recyclable- packaging that’s big enough to read. It’s only wasteful packaging if you’re not recycling itThis is a beautiful nourishing cleanser for all skin types and does not contain glycerin.

I have sensitive acne prone skin and this doesn’t break me out. So it’s a plus in my book. I love how it takes off all my makeup. Doesn’t leave anything behind. No scent. It’s perfect value for the money.

Product is great, the entire kit is helping my skin and it’s smooth and doesn’t dry out by the end of the day.

I have very sensitive skin so this product did not work the best for me. I do think it worked well taking off my makeup and it was a very natural smell and product.

For the record I wear a heavy amount of foundation. This melts away makeup like magic. It takes away 80% of makeup for me because I do use a lot of concealer which sticks on more. Before ot after I use a makeup remover wipe and this will remove the rest. Smells like a powdery Vaseline. Worth it for me bc I have very oily skin and i wake up oilier after makeup. Shiny like a porcelein toilet! Not with byoma i feel moisturized

I’ve used other “melting” cleansers that left my vision blurred. This left my skin baby soft while removing all the makeup! I bought more during the Prime Day sale for the gym bag and home night routine.

I used this product exactly once and then threw it in the trash. The smell is horrible and overwhelming. I now use Elf and I am very happy with their cleansing balm.
