Cold water is very limited
This can barely dispense enough cold water to fill a glass. The water then reverts to tepid. Even when cold, it's not really cold.Meanwhile the "room temp" water setting dispenses unpleasantly warm water nobody wants to drink.The hot water is hot, but not especially hot.So in summary, none of the temp settings will give you what you want.

The hot is not working
The dispenser looks good. It has three bottoms which is for cold, warm and hot water. Just I want to know why hot water is not coming even I press the lock. Please I need your advice.

Water not cold enough and tank very small
Bought it for its sleek design, but disappointed (very) with the cold water temperature and quantity

Cold water option is not working
It was okay but then I realized that cold water option is not working even if I turned the cold water switch on. So disappointing as it’s not cheap!
