I'm right between a L and XL in fitted and its a little snug with a bit more stretch left... A perfect fit at large maybe too tight if you are a full XL. I ordered 4 different colors at this price you can't go wrong!! Great quality

Q: Is it easy to sew patches onto it? I love that it's a blank canvas to do what you want with, but I'd want to add patches of some sort.

Ss long as you know how to patch sew yes it would be fine
