Product info says item suitable for business. Ordered for use in a small school and low usability. It's not even suitable for this. This item is more for home use. Warm up time of machine not good, laminates becomes stuck, waiting time for item takes too long. More for low, low level usage

This is a neat, stylish product which is easy and safe to use. It senses the size of the document to be laminated whether A4 or A3 and laminates quickly and without difficulty. It takes up little space on the work surface. A starter pack of laminating cards is included in the package. Very useful in any office where lamination is required. At the time of writing it was available for half the recommended retail price from the Amazon website.

Item arrived appearing ‘new’ but when I unpackaged it then it was clearly used. The plastic casing is dirty. The machine made a terrible grinding noise when i switched it on and it didn’t laminate at all, it would automatically go into reverse. Returning this asap. Avoid!

Excellent product. Creates very nice crease-free laminates. It's only a laminator, so there is a limit to my excitement, but it's a bloody good one!Worth the extra money to get something decent!!

Have gone through two. One lasted 12 months and stopped feeding, the other lasted four stopped halfway through an A5 job and melted sleeve to roller. Only occasional use, recommended consumables, experienced operator. Time for a new brand.

This crumples documents too often - this particular product ordered as replacement for one bought a couple of weeks ago (exactly the same make), and although it is not as bad as the first machine at eating and concertina-ing documents, it can't be trusted! It crumpled the third document I fed through - you have to watch it like a hawk and be ready to retrieve at the first sign of trouble as it is very difficult to remove a document when most had gone through (it gets three quarters of the way through laminating then starts crunching). Will be using over the next few days and if the 'teething troubles' repeat, it will be going back and I'll find another brand. Otherwise, it's fast to heat up and a quick laminate time too. If it wasn't so temperamental, it would be great.

We wanted a heavy duty laminator but unfortunately, this machine is not really adequate and I wouldn't recommend for frequent office use. Probably fine as an occasional/home use laminator.

It says that the laminator is suitable for 250 micron on the advert. But when it turned up , it says only 175 microns is the max thickness , totally misleading
