Love this car neck pillow! I have a Subaru, and its head rests are so firm that they are uncomfortable to lean my head against (it could be due to the leather seats, as I’ve heard that fabric seats have better cushioning). This neck pillow purchased is a dream come true, as it provides amazing head comfort for my drives, especially my long drive going back and forth to work. It’s great that you can add/remove filling, so you can adjust how thick or thin it is. Only disappointment is that its included plastic bag that holds the spare stuffing has a weak zipper closure, as the first time I opened it, the zipper came off the bag. But other than that, I love these neck pillows, and I highly recommend them!

The suede material for this headrest is very good. The only problem with it is too soft and I had put all the extra cotton into the pillow and make it fluffy enough to get more support for my neck and head. But overall it’s a great purchase.

So, these were a hit/miss for me and I ended up not keeping them. They came prefilled with some filling, but also came with a packet of extra filling if you want extra fluffiness which I can appreciate. They DO add great support and feel great depending where you put them. However...and this is just from my personal experience. They were absolutely useless on the front seats of my car (22 BMW 7 Series). They wouldn't stay put at the top, and when I put them lower around the neck, even with all the filling inside of them, they just got pushed all the way back towards the metal headrest bars. Totally useless.So I decided to try them in the back seats. Yes! They worked and felt great. But alas, a problem again. If they were on your neck for almost any length of time, your neck starts to get hot. I had 3 people get in my car and try them and asked their opinion without giving them mine first to avoid influencing them. All three of them said they were comfortable, but that the back of their neck got uncomfortably hot and they'd rather not have them and be cool vs have them and try to avoid them to not be hot.
